I am licensed as professional counselor-mental health service provider in the state of Tennessee. I attended the University of Mississippi, where I majored in psychology and sociology. I continued my education and training across the country in the Pacific Northwest, where I received my Master’s degree in mental health counseling at Lewis and Clark College Graduate School of Education and Counseling in Portland, Oregon. After moving to Nashville, Tennessee in 2014 I worked in the field of foster care, as well as community-based mental health clinics. In 2019 I began my private practice. Today I work primarily with adults who experience “stuckness” in their life as anxiety, depression and relational conflicts. I continue to see children and parents to provide support around behavioral and emotional changes. I also specialize with women who are experiencing pregnancy complications such as loss, infertility, and postpartum changes. I offer in-person or virtual appointments, as well as schedule hiking sessions for those who prefer to be outdoors.
